Yoga for Athletes

Guest Instructor, Mia Hamza, integrates movement, strength, and breathing exercises to increase flexibility and recovery; this class was designed for athletes, but will reach the athlete in ANYONE by improving balance, flexibility, power, stamina, and focus – which can improve performance, prevent and aid injuries, and quicken recovery time for athletes of all levels.
